nTeract
Marina’s nTeract portal is a real-time collaborative system that allows Marina coders to communicate with physicians regarding specific documentation deficiencies that can be remedied compliantly as well as incomplete or missing charts. This system helps to ensure that every chart is complete and prepared for coding. Marina’s unbilled chart rate is less than 1%.
Documentation Education
Marina’s coding team provides targeted documentation education, including physician chart reviews for each client. Marina creates a client-specific documentation education program according to the unique challenges of your unit. Education is delivered in various media designed to fit the work schedules and culture of your emergency department.
